CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you want to cancel your order we will have to charge an additional $10 cancellation fee.
Due to the nature of the products we are selling, and for hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL and non-returnable unless it qualifies with the following conditions:
For Returns and Refunds
An item qualifies for a return and/or refund if:
- The item received is either malfunctioning, in poor condition, or a defect.
- The item in question for return must have not exceeded 7 days after the customer has received the said item.
- The item's packaging must be in good to perfect condition, with no signs of use.
When all of the conditions above have been met, follow these instructions:
1. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject containing your name and order #
2. Email us the required details :
c. Order Number
d. Item/s Bought
e. Issue with the product/s
3. Send the e-mail and wait 1-3 business days for our reply with the instructions on what to do next.
Before we process your return claim we must first verify if the product is indeed defective, we will e-mail you an address on where to ship the defective product back to us.
*Please note that the customer must shoulder the shipping costs when returning the item back to us
*For Refunds you are required to return the item to us.
*We will only refund the amount of the product bought, this does not include shipping.
